General Payment Policy

  • To confirm your booking for any trip or tour, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • If full payment is not received at the time of booking, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
  • Participants who have not completed the full payment will not be allowed to board, and their seat may be given to another participant.
  • Once full payment is made, it becomes non-refundable if the participant is unable to attend the trip.

Advance Payment Policy

  • All outstanding payments must be cleared at least 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Failure to complete the remaining balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • If payment is incomplete, participants will be denied boarding, and their spot may be reassigned.
  • Any advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable if the full payment is not completed.

  • Payments made to personal accounts will not be considered valid Sanatana Travels bookings and will be deemed unofficial.
